The Village is offering two legal single family building lots Soundview, one behind the other. One is on Soundview Drive and that lot size is 8,300 square feet and the other is on Cow Neck Road and its lot size 6,765 square feet. Both are zoned residential and are located in prime area convenient to shops, worship, pool, tennis counts, beach and parks.
