  • Decks, Patios (more than eight inches in height above grade)
  • Tennis (or Sports) Courts
  • Retaining Walls
  • Swimming Pools – above or below ground – water depth of 18″ or more
  • Boilers, Furnaces, or Swimming Pool Heaters
  • Hot Tubs
  • Drywells
  • Fireplaces and Chimneys – including prefabricated and/or gas inserts
  • Solar Collectors or Solar Collection Systems
  • Conversion of Basements, Cellars or Garages to Habitable Space
  • Change in Use of an Existing Occupancy or Space
  • Air Conditioning Systems (including heat pump systems)
  • Oil-To-Gas Conversions
  • Driveways – replacement or expansion of existing, or new

  • Tree Removal

  • Sukkahs – for other than single-family residences


  • Repairs (restoration for the purpose of maintenance)
